How To Make Chaat Katori

This recipe is very pretty and delicious. You can add this to your snacks list too.

Ingredients

bread slices 
6 boiled potatoes (chopped)
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/2 cup cucumber (finely chopped)
1/2 cup de-seeded tomatoes 
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
3 tbsp coriander chutney
3 tbsp sweet and sour chutney
1/4 cup yogurt
2 tsp chaat masala
black salt
sugar
salt
sev
finely chopped coriander leaves
oil


Procedure

Season the yogurt with salt and sugar and keep it aside. 
Flatten the breads with a rolling pin. 
Take a muffin tray and grease it with oil. 
Press the bread slices in it and bake till crispy. 
Mix the potatoes, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, chaat masala, half of coriander chutney, chaat masala and some black salt. 
Keep it aside. 
Add yogurt and veggie mix to the bread cups, season with sweet and sour chutney, coriander chutney, sev. 
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
