Lemon Yoghurt Cake

Here is a recipe of cake that is simple and quick to prepare. This cake recipe is enjoyable for the kids out there.
Serve For – 10 People
Preparation Time – 10 minutes + Cook : 45 minutes

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 lemon rind grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 cup self-raising flour

PROCEDURE

  • In a bowl, mix rind, oil, eggs and sugar together with a fork.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Pour into greased ring tin and bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
  • Leave to cool then turn out and dust with icing sugar. You can also add flavoured yoghurt to make it more delicious.
