Lemon Yoghurt Cake
Here is a recipe of cake that is simple and quick to prepare. This cake recipe is enjoyable for the kids out there.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 lemon rind grated
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 2 cup self-raising flour
PROCEDURE
- In a bowl, mix rind, oil, eggs and sugar together with a fork.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Pour into greased ring tin and bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool then turn out and dust with icing sugar. You can also add flavoured yoghurt to make it more delicious.
